Modelling and prototyping

We can create product samples rapidly during the development phase,  which ends with the start of prototyping.

Series development & assembly

We assemble and produce goods in series in individual quantities and can, upon request, carry out validation processes to ensure your product receives the proper certifications.

If you wish, we can also assemble modules and devices – including with SMD and wired technology. We can also conduct automated final assemblies including testing.

At our European Elektrosil locations, we guarantee quality management in line with ISO 9001:2015.

In Asia, our team monitor and examine suppliers in person – as supplier auditors in accordance with VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949.

In the automotive sector, we hold certification for national and international road traffic law (KBA certification).

Products supplied swiftly and ready to install

We offer numerous logistics services to help our customers manage their product supply chains.

Cost-efficient processes are always a high priority, so we use Kanban to improve the efficiency of our resource planning. We also employ Ship to Line to deliver goods directly to their place of use.

Our consignment warehouses are organised in line with the Min-Max inventory strategy, which ensures maximum supply security.

We offer additional services including enhanced incoming goods inspections, ESD-optimised packaging, barcode labels and kitting in line with your specific requirements.

Our customers also have the option of paying for services using the self-billing invoice system.
