Individual solutions down to tool construction

We’ve already laid the groundwork for everything, right down to individual injection-moulding tool construction for your cabling and connection solution. This is because, despite the multitude of tools on the market, you might still be unable to find the right ones for you. You might struggle to find tools to negotiate your product’s extremely tight installation space – or maybe you want to offer something more user-friendly than your competitors.

We can define and produce every element in your cable solution: cable type (sheathed, flat-ribbon or single-core), length, number of poles, coding, the plastics or metals used, housing, materials, shore hardness for the moulding material (overmoulding), connector type, etc.

Customised cable solutions

We produce high-quality cable connections and overmoulding solutions for electronic applications. With us, you benefit from integrated cable connections – including housing and electronics. In addition, we produce cable assembles for adapter boards and with enhanced IP ratings.

We will work with you to develop potential connection technologies for your product – all the while remaining budget-conscious and following your technical specifications. In most cases, your idea alone is enough for us to create an initial draft. However, we would also be happy to analyse your application and draw up an optimised solution. We will remain in close contact with you throughout the product development and design-in phase.

Connections for every scenario

Our portfolio spans board-to-board, board-to-wire and wire-to-wire connections. Beyond that, we offer LVDS, Ethernet, USB and LWL connectors, as well as cost-efficient circular connectors (e.g. IP68). As for special requirements – e.g. use in harsh industrial environments or medical equipment – we offer suitable connection systems and materials. We can also develop plug-in connectors to your specifications.
