Elektrosil is holding the certification acc. DIN EN ISO 9001 since November 2005. Therefore all business processes are subject to this system and are continuously checked and improved.

Our Quality Management in Hamburg, Germany, is responsible for the maintenance and the development of the quality system, the complaint handling and - in cooperation with our far east office - the management of suppliers.

As Supplier Auditor acc. ISO/TS 16949, our colleague in Taiwan is auditing and surveying our suppliers directly on-site.
Furthermore he is supporting us at product development and customer audits.

Our supplier management ensures that Elektrosil will choose the suitable supplier for all products (customised or standard) and that comprehensive control and surveillance can take place over the whole project lifetime.
